Pollera Hotel Krakow

The hotel was perfect for our family vacation and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to various attractions and the train and bus stations. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food. Despite the hot weather, the hotel staff did their best to keep us cool with little fans. We were impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. we had a wonderful experience and would eagerly return to Pollera in the future.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Actual key entry for rooms adds a unique touch. Walking distance to bus/train station and shopping area.

Perfect location with pleasant views, accommodating staff. And furthermore, there was a 19th - century Eclectic theatre only 500 metres of the venue.

We stayed at a hotel in a superb location, just a short stroll from the bustling city center. The hotel room was spotless and had a charming character. We were fortunate to have a room with a view overlooking the theater. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring our luggage was securely stored before our airport transfer.

We were disappointed by the lack of options available for breakfast.

Comfy beds, beautiful bathroom. Plus, it had convenient access to a Roman Catholic basilica.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have all the restaurants and main attractions within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. We were impressed by the modern bathrooms and the spaciousness of our room. The staff were helpful and friendly, offering recommendations for restaurants and arranging tours and transportation. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon.
